I lead Samagra Advisory, a high-touch consultancy specialising in organisational development, growth and family business advisory. I am an Organisational Psychologist, ICF-certified Coach and Family Business Advisor, with a Doctorate in Management, an MA in Psychology and a postgraduate diploma in basic and advanced counselling skills.

My work spans family business advising, business leadership coaching, C-suite transformation and organisational development. As a family business advisor certified by the Business Family Foundation (Montreal, Canada), I have worked with several of India's leading business families. I have facilitated the drafting of family constitutions, led family, business and leadership forums, and designed and implemented individual and next-generation development plans.

I was a founding member of the first International Coaching Federation chapter in India, and am recognised by coaching and facilitation networks as a "who's who" contributor. Over more than two decades, I have coached over two hundred heads of business and entrepreneurs, working closely with high-potential individuals. I have developed an effective technique to optimise a person's present reality, and as a leadership coach, my greatest asset is my presence.

I am passionate about helping people and enterprises realise their fullest potential, working with greater energy, talent and purpose.

My credentials meet the leading global standards in my field. I hold an ACC (Erickson Coach Certification), have trained in Dr. Marshall Goldsmith's coaching approach, and have earned a certificate in Appreciative Coaching from Fielding Graduate University. I am certified in psychometrics and DISC, and use a range of instruments in my practice.

I serve as an independent director on ten publicly listed company boards across aviation, highways, energy, hospitality and retail.

For the last fifteen years, I have written a column on business and leadership in the largest-circulated regional daily, with over 720 published articles. I also contribute regularly as a leadership expert on TV and radio shows.
